Zoom Yoga & Meditation Classes
Vinyasa Flow
Vinyasa flow yoga is a practice that links the breath to movement. It is often described as a moving meditation or a dynamic dance. The postures practiced in these classes build strength, flexibility and concentration, while cleansing the body and calming the mind.
Sun salutations are repeated during the class to energize the body, improve circulation, cleanse the lymphatic system and build internal heat. This heat allows more freedom of exploration within the postures and purges toxins and impurities out of the system. These classes incorporate yogic philosophy, readings and music to inspire students on and off their mats. Open to all levels.
Gentle Yoga
Gentle yoga is for new and seasoned practitioners looking to experience a relaxing, nurturing, slow-paced practice. This class incorporates restorative movements, breathwork, and meditation to support overall health and well-being. Gentle yoga brings us into the moment and cultivates peace and ease in our daily lives.

About Karen
Karen Passalacqua is a 500-hour registered yoga teacher, massage therapist, and Family Constellations facilitator. She has studied many different styles of yoga and trained with masterful teachers. Karen is an eclectic yoga practitioner and teacher who experiences peace, well-being, fulfillment, and joy as a result of her practice. She loves to share the wisdom and insights of this ancient path with others on and off the mat.
